Sometimes things go fast, sometimes they go slow.
Sometimes they are hard, sometimes easy,
Sometimes we are happy,sometimes we're sad,
Sometimes we feel big, sometimes we feel small,
Sometimes heavy, sometimes light,
Sometimes it's easy, sometimes we have to fight...

most of the times we forget, that behind all these adjectives and attributes we just ARE and the rest arises and passes away, arises and passes away in the infinite flow of breath, prana, life.
In this flowing river of life I threw the coin, may everyone who is carrying the coin be in touch with just BEING, Knowing that there is NO EXTRA necessary.
