I met a sweet friend and a very keen student at the Woodford Festival in Australia. On the last morning, we met up on a hilltop overlooking the festival and practiced yoga together. At the end of our practice, he flew me for a bit, and then I gave him a bodywork treatment... the last one that I would give at the festival. It came from the heart, from a place of abundance and gratitude, and it filled me as much to give him that treatment as it filled him to receive it.

I had been working at a massage stall during the festival, and over those 6 days, I had given about 30 hours of bodywork treatments. This last treatment illuminated the essence of why I share bodywork... to heal myself through the act of giving. I gave Danny the coin, along with an AcroYoga manual, in gratitude for our connection and this sweet reminder.
