the giving coin , gives us an opportunity to look at our selves and what we give to friends , family, loved ones ,and also those who we don't know... opening a door , sharing a smile, sharing laughter, or the most obvious -just an aknowledgement that you care and showing it with a hug!
this coin was given to me by Tara Quinn, i had an opportunity to meet her at the yoga journal conference in San Francisco!
i have truely been blessed in my life and ironically when i received this , i immediately knew who i must give this to , her last name is the same from which the city recived it in!
so this coin travels to a friend who i have watched become well and full of life again, and that is a blessing!
