I gave this Special "Teachers" Coin to Manouch, John, Denise, and to the whole BREEMA center in Oakland, California, with a bouquet of flowers, and a basket of fresh fruit. Their teaching was the first ever "Spiritual Movement and Understanding" that resonated with me. They allowed me to find the ever present moment... to appreciate it... and to be with this flow in my physical body... and to share the experience with another human being, translating the moment into a shared experience... together...
